I ordered a Cachecard/Turbonet combo from him in mid-December. It was due to be shipped on the 19th Dec, and i know they did, as other people have theirs. But i haven't got mine yet, nor confirmation it was even posted.

I've tried mailing him on numerous occasions, but never got a reply.

I just need to know its been sent out, and if there is a tracking number??

I had a similar problem. I contacted him on his website page, "Contact Us" (the forum won't let me post the URL yet!) and he had my card shipped out the next day. UPS has it tracked for delivery tomorrow.

I think he had some problems with his shipping in December because I got an e-mail confirming shipping, but it was missing the tracking number. High tech hiccups, I suspect.

9th Tee is a good outfit -- you'll get your card once you get through!

mjn,

I had the same problem. Once its been sent out you'll get emails confirming with a shipping ref. It took about two - three weeks for me to get my conf email but after i recevied the "your goods have been shipped" email it was here within 4 working days.

Hope this helps,
Dom

As it says on our contact page, if you cannot get in touch with us via email, just send a PM right here. So, send a PM with your order number as I have no idea who mjn is.

We respond to emails (and I mean a bunch of emails) usually within 24 hours. If you have not received a reply about an order within that time, assume either we did not get your email or (more likely) we replied but a spam filter somewhere gobbled it up. Check your spam folder or your ISP's spam filter... I hate spam but spam filters really eats too many valid emails.

AOL was hiding all you e-mails, until I got smart and looked in the spam folder.

It was also hiding PayPal and E-bal messages too.

ok....i have no spam filers setup as i have secure account at my place of work, which recieves NO junk mail.

I'll dig my order number out and drop you a PM.

That sounds great!
But, keep in mind, something is stopping you from getting junk mail...
