Ok, got my replacement SA Series 2 80 as the old one went to hard drive heaven. Hooked it up and now can't get wireless to work. Had wireless running on the old one since I got HMO...since it was a refurbished (I wish they provided new with warranty replacements) the software that was installed is version 3.2...

I cannot force version 4 regardless of what I do. I have run guided setup at least three times, I have forced calls at least a dozen times, I have reset at least a dozen times, etc. I even signed up for the 4.01b version of the software and that hasn't gotten me an update...

Anyone have any suggestions??? The phone cord in the middle of the room has to go - I want my wireless to work again :(
