This was my favorite episode so far. All of the episodes I watch at least twice, this one I watched 2 times last night. It really takes two times for me to get all the quirks and backround stuff happening.
The 'Opie' line had me rolling, when Ron Howard the narrator told her to 'watch her mouth' I had a spit take. I really should not be having beverages during this show.
From Buster 'hiding' in the shirt that had the same design as the wallpaper, to the school who's motto was "Children should be neither seen nor heard". Then his Mother searching the housekeepers purse before she left for the day.
I think if they give this show time to grow people will find it. Kind of like Seinfeld.

....And next week, Buster moves to the kitchen.
Hillarious episode. Especially the scenes with George Michael trying to work the television. It's continuing to build on Michael and George Michael's relationship while highlighting the craziness of the Bluth family.

Buster hiding around corners really cracks me up - and now we know why!! He was a student at the Milford School where "children should be neither seen nor heard!"
I agree that this show really could find an audience if given enough time - maybe moved to a weeknight or something -

"Is this YOUR onion?"
Mountain Dew, all over the coffee table.
And I want to start a Milford School here in Chicago.

"We're so different, it's like we're not even related!"
"That would be...amazing."

I was impressed that Carl Weathers was willing to play himself as a cheap, has-been actor turned con man...

Buster's wallpaper matching outfits were priceless. I found myself replaying other scenes to see if I had missed him in the background.

Carl was a great sport....I wonder if Tobias' reading was from "Action Jackson"....haven't seen Carl since he played Happy Gilmore's golf instructor.

FYI - I was looking at some info on the show and found two cool things. First, there is an interview with Ron Howard about the show at Fox's site.
Second, the girl who played Jesse the publicist in last night's episode is Jill Ritchie. Sister of Kid Rock.

This episode for me just didn't cut it. I usually find them great but there were just very few moments that made me laugh.

For the Arrested Development fans in Seattle, David Cross (Tobias) will be at the UW on Saturday, February 21 at 8pm. You can buy tickets on TicketWeb. Should be a great show!

I saw DC at the DC Improv last Sunday night. Good show, very anti-republican-rant-of-the-week though. I have one of his CDs, which is better than the current show IMO. I'd give this show a 7/10.
Idiots in the audience nearly ruined the show. A woman kept yelling out random words that just weren't funny. When DC mentioned Las Vegas she yelled out Spoiler Alert! (highlight to read)
#2!!! (referring to his finish at the Celebrity Poker Showdown but David didn't even pick up on that at first).
David said "I moved from Atlanta to Boston" and she yells out "Sports Teams" to which David replied..."yes, they both have sports teams, which is completely irrelevant to the story" and she finally shut up, after about her fifth offense.
Then there was the guy (from the same table) who jumped on one of his punchlines. If David were more than 100 lbs soaking wet he looked like he'd throttle the guy.
Why do people go to these shows and think they are the act?

BTW Carl Weathers was in the 3rd episode of The Shield: Season 2... he was Vic Mackey's former mentor.

Buster's shirt was hilarious.
Did everyone get the Gothic "Castle" joke with Tobias in the "Storming the Castle" episode?
I thought that was the most priceless moment on the show so far, but it took a second viewing to catch it.

Good catch. I had forgotten about that. He was Vic's mentor and partner I believe. That rerun should be coming up soon.
