DSR 6000 problems

I have a DSR6000 that I have upgraded to 160 hours. I have had no problems for at least a year. Recently my tivo has been resetting and gets stuck on the powering up screen. If I unplug the unit and plug it back in it comes up. This is starting to get irritating, it happens every few days.

I've talked to a few people and they recommended cleaning all the connectors to the Mobo. I've done that with no results. I've heard that this might be a hard drive problem.

Has anyone else experienced this?

I'm thinking about putting new hard drives in the machine, can I do this without backing up the current and just running the blesstivo on two new drives?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
