TIVO Intermittent Problem - Has anyone else seen this?

I own a Phillips Model HDR 212. Over a year ago I added a 2nd 80GB drive using BlessTivo and HackTivo. It worked perfectly until 3 months ago. Now several times per week (at random) the whole unit just turns off (and stays off) until I unplug it from the wall and then plug it back in. Then the unit is fine for a few more days again.

Has anyone else encountered this problem, and what if anything, did you do to fix it?

Let me also state that nothing else (power-wise - like a drop or a spike) in the house is affected, and there was not a TIVO software upgrade that I see.
