Was Fear Factor preempted everywhere last night?

I have DirecTV and get my locals out of Baltimore. I went to go watch Fear Factor last night and some documentary for Black History Month was in its place. (and its not even Black History Month yet) Was this a local occurrence or national.

Yeah...I got screwed too...but I'm in Baltimore County, so that makes sense. I don't know why they didn't have the guide updated properly.
