With all the threads about how things didn't work, I thought it would be nice to post my experience about how everything worked perfectly for me.

On my Sony SAT T-60:
I installed a new 120GB hdd as my new A drive replacement.
Then I installed a CacheCard with 512MB ram.
Then got TivoWeb working.

Everything worked perfectly.

Thanks everyone for explicit and precise directions so that even an idiot like myself could make it all work!!!!
