I just watched a highlight video, and was curious. In the "video from home" reward challenge, Jenna's family never sent a video. Does anyone know why?

Apparantly it was a mail delivery/timing problem. It was a big moment in the season.

IIRC, Jenna's family was on vacation and learned about the opportunity to send the video tape when they returned home, which didn't leave enough time to get it finished and sent.
