I just noticed the "who's my buddy" and "who is ignoring me" in usercp after the downtime this weekend. Is this new? I haven't been around as much since december. I figured either its new and nobody noticed yet or its old and everyone already had the discussion to determine who of the regulars has the most ignores.

No, there were about a dozen ongoing discussions about a week ago when it became available.
