Replaced original SVR 2000 drive; now want to access old one

Hi, everyone!
As one of the early TIVO users, I'm just getting into the upgrade arena now. It took a failure (I think) of my hard drive to force me into buying a 120GB drive...so I just replaced it in my TIVO, and it works fine.
But now I want my shows that I didn't watch before the drive crashed! (Two 24s, Two American Idols, Two CSIs, Survivor...is there a place to get those online outside of Kazaa?) So...I put the "failed" drive into a machine of mine at home, as the slave drive. I'm able to boot the machine OK, but I can only get Windows to "see" an 8MB drive (not 40GB, as it should).
Any ideas as to how to make this happen? Your help is much appreciated.
Thanks!

It probably won't help you get at your shows, but the 8Mb thing is drive locking. Use qunlock (ob warning: qunlock can damage drives other than the Quantum drive from the TiVo) or DiskUtil to unlock it.
