I TRIED TO UPGRADE MY TIVO BY ADDING ANOTHER 40GB DRIVE WITH HINDALES INSTRUCTIONS I COULD NEVER GET A BACKUP SO I OBTAIN AN IMAGE FROM SOMEONE ELSE I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO JUST CLEAR THE HARD DRIVE AND START ALLOVER LIKE BOTH HARD DRIVES ARE NEW

PLEASE HELP

What happened when you tried to make a backup? It's probably easier to figure that out then get one from the internet these days.
