My TiVo plush is a STAR!

If this is in another thread, it wasn't on the first 4 pages, so I didn't find it.

I checked the Photos on TiVo Online today and they have a folder called AroundTheWorld... and two of the pictures I submitted are in there! My two are CN_Tower (my TiVo plush laying on the glass floor WAY up there in Toronto's tower!) and RCMP_moose (my TiVo plush getting a ride on one of Toronto's painted mooses that are located all over town... this one was in the lobby of the CN Tower).

I hope they continue showing TiVo plushes around the world... just a few a month would keep the interest there, and some of the pictures are really nice. I know when I was taking pics of my TiVo plush all over Toronto people kept asking me about it... some Canadians actually know what a TiVo is. :)

Thanks TiVo... can't wait to see more! I hope the submission page is still active.

Did anyone else here get "published"?

HMO... you can publish your own stuff from your PC, and if you're connected online broadband you get folders of Music and Photos from the TiVo Mother Ship.

Hunter: I liked the TiVo riding the pony picture the best, but then I know the reference. I still think they should have included it in the AroundTheWorld pics!

Well, to be fair, I only posted those here, I didn't "officially submit" them, whatever that entails. Mostly because I didn't think Lake George was swanky enough a destination for the contest, with other people talking about Paris and stuff.

Hunter! If you don't enter, you can't win. :) The pics I took were during a trip to the World Science Fiction convention in Toronto... hardly a "swanky" destination, but you can take good pictures anywhere. I even just submitted the moose picture because I was submitting them all... I didn't expect it to even be considered. I think they liked the big splash of color.

I'll try to post them here later tonight.

So that's your Plushie on the CN Tower window! I thought that window looked familiar. Great picture!
