For some reason, my DVR-810 isn't recording video in the Showcases section. What is the remote shortcut that sets the machine to automatically record the Teleworld and Advanced Program shows at 3:30 or 4 am?

There isn't one. Perhaps your cable company is preempting the shows for its own infomercials?

No, that's not the case. I think I somehow cancelled the downloads when I had recording conflicts. I'd like to reinstate them and don't know how. I don't want to do this manually. Any ideas?

You cannot do this manually. If you really want them, just cancel any conflicting recordings. You can then search by name for Teleworld and Advanced Paid Program to see if they say they will be recorded. (They will NOT be on your To Do list however.)

What alerted you to the fact that they weren't being recorded? How do you know what your cable company is actually broadcasting at these times?

I manually recorded the programs after conducting a search...I think if I clear the memory and start over, it'll fix the problem but that's a drastic measure. Any other ideas?

Just DON'T DO ANYTHING! TiVo will get back to normal all by itself if you have no conflicting recordings. :)

Okay. I read the previous posts and:
1. I didn't have a conflicting recording.
2. My cable company DID show the TiVo Subscriber Content (I watched a little bit of it).
3. My TiVo's "recording LED" indicated that it was recording.

BUT, it's not in my "Now Showing" area and I can't find any of what I originally saw in my "Showcases" area.

Please help.

This is my first post to this site. This is my first TiVo EVER and I love it.

The features are all delivered in advance of when they get released to the public area of the TiVo. So don't give up hope on them yet!

Are you getting the "Service Data Download" also? That's Monday's 4am delivery. You can check that on your TiVo by going to the "System Information" screen. There should be 3 or 4 lines about it saying when it was delivered and whether it was successful.
