Pioneer 310s DVR

Saw an ad for the Pioneer 310s DVR today for $350 and was wondering if anyone here knows anything about it? I did a search but only found one post mentioning it and they didn't give any info about the DVR. I know it doesn't come with TiVo, but $350 seems like a pretty decent deal for a DVD recorder, the DVR functions are just kind of a nice extra. So anyone know what kind of DVR features it does have?

The 310 isn't a DVR, it's just a dvd recorder. The 510 is the unit that has DVR functionality without the Tivo.

Oh, the ad called it a dvr and mentioned pausing and rewinding live tv. Must be bad copy I guess...
