What if I used a larger drive. As the drive being copied to? Would there be any problems with that. I know about the 137 Gb limint but say coping from an 80 Gb to 120. Thanks

The destination drive can not (obviously) be smaller than the source. The 137Gb limit doesn't really come into it either, all that means is that if you use a 160Gb drive (or larger) it appears to be a 137Gb drive (assuming you don't use an LBA-48 environment for copying, of course).
You won't be able to expand from 80 to 120, so there's no benefit to using a larger drive.
