Often I like to go back through the list of my last days' posts and see if there were any subsequent posts of interest or answers to questions I posed. In order to get to this list, I have to select "Search Forum" then enter my own "name" and search. I would like there to be a link with "View New Posts" and "vB Assistant" of "View My Posts" on the main forum page (next to the avatar under "Welcome back") which would automatically do the search on my "name". Thanks.

Well, David, isn't that kind of circular? I would have to find one of my posts to find all of my posts? Your link did not work but I did go to my list and then save that link in my favorites. However, today that link did not work. It said it was an invalid search. It appears the "searchid" value is not consistent for one person. It seems there should be a way to tell the system to search on my "name".

On the search screen, there is a "Search By User Name" option. Filling in my user name there has always worked for me.

Does for me too but it takes two extra clicks to get there. I'm looking for a faster way. I can single click "View New Posts", why not single click "View My Posts"?

Why not single click for "View My Posts"...People usually do not look for their own posts. Thus the use of such a button really is not needed when you can get the info a few other if and when really needed.

Cut and paste that into a bookmark and you will not need the extra clicks.

Also...if you click on your PROFILE you can see the last 20 threads you started at the bottom.

Ok, Dave. I'll give that a try. Sorry to be so obstinate about it but it is something I do sometimes because I forget all of the threads I posted in a day and I like to go back and check for follow-ups which may be interesting. Thanks.
