Not a bad idea. We're running out of Season 4 Farscape reruns so getting back into Dead Like Me sounds like a good replacement. It's one of the few shows, along with Dead Zone and Farscape, that I will actually schedule reruns.

Wonder if I've seen this episode. I'm starting to really dig Friday nights-both Monk and Dead Like Me. Cool.

Edited to add episode description: After Mason saves a college girl named Charlotte from a date-rape he instantly falls for her. As she and George become fast friends we find out that Charlotte has a crush on George's grieving father.

Last edit, I swear: I just read the first season will be out on DVD May 4th.

I caught one of the reruns last night. Next season starts in July.

I read it on...erm. TVTome? I think that's where I read it. Let's hope the cost of this set will be cheaper than most hour-long shows.

I hadn't seen last night's episode before, but for some reason, it just wasn't as compelling as the others. Not sure why.

I hadn't seen it either. It is my least favorite episode so far, but I was still compelled enough to watch the whole thing.

I also hope that the Season 1 box set is priced affordaby.

My friend who works on this show said DVD's won't be out until June.... probably mid-late June- May date was pushed back.

MGM is releasing them, not Showtime.

Love this show... but ready for a new season already!!!

According to this page, it still says DVD box set to be released in May and will cost $58.96

that was the original date... but it was pushed back to June 15th according to my friend who is a tv exec @ MGM..... there was some creative issues which is why Bryan Fuller left the show, and it effected the outcome of the DVD release, because of the 'extras' to be featured.

Most of the other sites you can buy it from seem to have the June date updated too... there are some studio released dvd sets you can get on Ebay apparently.... but probably not worth paying more for a couple months wait.
