mfsrestore frozen

My Tivo Series 2 80 hour starting have some HD issues so I decided to replace it with two 120 gig drives. I've been following the steps in Hinsdale's How-to. I got to this step

and everything seemed to be working fine. But now it's frozen at 59.69% complete. I'd hate to have to start over since it's take 6 hours to get to this point, even with the relative speed of my maching (2400 XP w/ 1 gig RAM). Any ideas would be great.
