Hi -
My Phillips DSR6000 is dead. Nothing is working, though when it's plugged in I can hear a faint clicking sound, which, from my experience with computers, spells hard drive.
I called up Directv, and they want $99 to replace it. I'm thinking that if it is the hard drive, $99 buys a much larger drive than 30G.
I upgraded a standard 212 tivo back before I went the Directv route, so I know this is doable; but this time around, I don't have a working drive to image off of. Can someone please PM me with a backup image?
Thank you
Vanessa
