I cannot publish any of my iTunes music on the TiVo Desktop publisher. I think it has something to do with the format. They are protected AAC files and I can't convert them to Mp3. Is there anything I can do? Is there anyway to convert these files? Thanks for any help.

There are lots of older threads regarding the protected AAC files -- a search should turn them up.
In short, TiVo doesn't support AAC. At one time it was rumored that they would, but it doesn't look like they will.
You can convert the files to MP3 files. There's a Mac OS X utility named IloveMP3 and there's a Windows equivalent (but I don't recall the name).
You can also burn the protected AAC files to a CD using iTunes and then rip the CD back into iTunes (but make sure you change your preferences to rip a CD to MP3 files instead of the default AAC file format).
