Tivo'd Survivor: All-Stars

Taped Friends on a VCR. I was horrified! I couldn't stop the tape in the right spot, got a little fuzzy at the beginning, and then it popped the tape out for no reason when I tried to rewind. I went to bed weeping! It has scarred me for life.

I feel your pain. Unfortunately, we have become so used to watching shows without commercials that we cna't watch anything live anymore, even if we are home watching TV at that time. Since we only have one SA TiVo, this means that there are often times when I have the TiVo and two VCRs running. Those three shows last night are an example of when I had to do that, as well as Wednesday nights when West Wing, The O.C. and The Bachelorette are all on at the same time. I'm so glad The Bachelorette is over (my wife watches it) so I don't have to mess with that anymore.

TIVO has to, HAS TO get cheaper soon or I'm going to go insane.

We have two DTiVo's and 3 of the 4 tuners were recording SP's from 8pm on last night. Trouble is, they're all my wife's season passes so that left me exactly 1 tuner to use to let the History Channel put me to sleep.

Thursday night is getting out of hand. :(
