Finally was able to get the restore working and recongized.

I am now working a single 80GB drive, I was able to get past my 60% issue during acquiring satelites.

Promptly got Error #51, since it was from a virgin image I told it to reset and delete everything.

The Tivo is now downloading the first software update. I currently have all the satelite channels I am supposed to, but locals aren't showing yet. Will they show up eventually or do I need to call customer service and say, "my locals are gone?"

They showed up about 30 minutes after the above post.

Software update has been applied, it is now getting its first guide data. Looks like I am good to go. Unit has been reset 3 or 4 times now and got past taht 60% issue without hanging for more than 30 seconds on any one portion of the acquring singal. Looks like it was bad HDD(s).
