It's not over yet but I had to remark that Omarosa is probably home now pissed off because Heidi stopped for LUNCH at the food court LOL I love it.

good episode. i think heidi was the right choice. I mean, nothign specific in this episode, but i can't believe that trump woulda fired troy. sure, he had a losing idea, but he's still been way too good so far.
and for who ever said in last week's thread that Amy hasn't really shown much, um, yea, whatever. Her idea to put ads on the rides. THe girl has some good qualities.
I still am going with Troy, Nick and Amy as the final three. Dunno who will be it though... but then again.. damn... Bill has a good shot. arrrrgggg.. this is tough :)

I thought trumps comment about troy before they were sent outside to wait sealed troy's death, but i was wrong. I'm glad to see the sidekicks finally getting more input on who goes (or at least us seeing it). Great banter back and forth between her and Heidi this week.
I'm with donald in saying it's being a woosie to always be backpedaling. If you have an opinion, give it. don't preface it by saying, with all due respect and crap like that. Just say someone deserves to be fired, no questions asked. This show is not the place to be PC. He wants strong leaders.
PS do they get a weekly pay on the show?

A good episode. I was just thinking earlier today how odd it was that no one yet had an "alliance". Guess Troy and Kwame proved me wrong!
I hated to see Heidi go...but among her and Troy, she was the obvious choice.
This show is so the anti-Survivor (which is both good but evil). The more time you have in front of Trump might be good...but also means you're fired. Plus the whole episode is just one giant immunity challenge...that's it. And of course the (almost) total lack of alliances.
I hope next season they quit balancing the teams, too. I think that's stupid.

I thought it was a little scary to have Troy so on the fence at the end, but I just had a hard time seeing them sending him home instead of Heidi. Granted, he hasn't had a lot of luck but what he's come up with thus far in the contest has been great. He was off on this project and I think he knew it when he saw the other pedicab.
Funniest line on TV right after that. Don't remember the exact wording, but it made me laugh.

Well, really it's both the immunity challenge and the reward challenge all in one.
It was funny watching Katrina become the new villain since Omarosa is now gone.
Protege got absolutely killed in this challenge! What a great idea to do the advertising on the bikes. As soon as they talked about that I knew they were almost assured of victory. Great thinking outside the box there.
I loved how Kwame didn't sell a single ride. I loved even more how Trump drilled him about wasting time with it. :D
The board room banter is becoming my favorite portion of this show. Trump is a big comedian. I love how he tells it like it is.

Looks like the projectd final four (Bill, Nick, Troy, and Amy) have
been whittled down to just two. (Bill and Nick)

Sooo.....I wonder if Katrina still thinks Bill is a terrible PM?

The truth is, it's not who Troy or the leader thinks did the poorest job, it's who he thinks will be fired other than him.
They aren't always the same person.

They are rewarding the loser by giving them the strongest player. It does seem kind of unfair. Given you may be fired. But still, it's in essence giving the losing team a bonus and penalizing the winning team for winning.
But it's his rules! I would have loved it if he really did fire all 3.
I guess next week we even up the teams again. I do not understand why they can't do individual challenges. The boardroom would be great running down each person and how they did.
Has anyone looked at the page where you submit your ideas for challenges. Trump is sitting there and the legalese in that paragraph is what he's made of.

It looks like next weeks episode might just be a summary, filler show due to the NCAA tournament on CBS opposite The Apprentice.

This was the first task where I was actually impressed with anyone. It is one thing for Amy to have the great idea, but this team implemented it... right down to making signs and plastering them on the cabs... and contacting past bus associates for ad $... all in the limited time they had. They did very well... despite Katrina doing her best impression of Omarosa.

True - however, I saw no chance Troy would get fired regardless of his choice. The Donald is obviously taking multiple tasks into account when he chooses who's "fired" and Troy is the only one on that team who has shown anything, nothwithstanding the rickshaw challenge. Troy single-handedly won them the Trump Ice competition and Trump even joked about the folks in Idaho "having a parade in his honor."
Since it's March Madness, it's time to pick a final four:
Bill, Nick, Amy, Troy.
Kwame hasn't done anything but gratuitous body shots in the apartment.
Katrina has done nothing but gratuitous leggy shots all over NYC.

Bill, Nick, Amy, and Troy are a good final 4. I'll take Troy over Amy in the finals.

I do wonder how they managed to get those "professional" signs made in one day.

Entertainment Weekly listed some predictions this morning on their website, posting who they thought had the best chances of winning, their odds, and some choice quotes from Mark Burnett and The Donald on each of the remaining apprentices.
Spoilerizing, in case some people don't want to see..
Spoiler Alert! (highlight to read)
Troy
MB: ''Heart and soul and humor are his strengths; naïveté is his weakness''
DT: ''The country bumpkin is perhaps more street-smart than any of the city slickers.''
Odds: 2-1
Amy
MB: ''Amy is an excellent strategist, an excellent peacemaker. I don't have anything negative to say.''
DT: ''Incredible leader in a very subdued way.''
Odds: 3-1
Nick
MB: ''He's probably one of the best salesmen I've ever seen. His downfall is he continually speaks his mind.''
DT: ''Very strong, but sometimes not very diplomatic.''
Odds: 7-2
Bill
MB: "Superbright, great ideas, but stands in the shadows too much.''
DT: ''Great social skills, good leadership ability.''
Odds: 6-1
Kwame
MB: ''Kwame's strengths are certainly his education and his desire. [But] he's a little bit like Bill -- he's in the shadows"
DT: ''Wonderful guy, wonderful skills.''
Odds: 6-1
Katrina
MB: "Totally dynamic on the negative side, totally dynamic on the positive side"
Trump hails her ''real estate savvy'' but says, ''she can be duped, though she doesn't think so.''
Odds: 10-1

But Amy still hasn't lost a challenge...
BTW, which challenges did Amy serve as project leader? If I were her, I'd try to be stepping up.

I think that Amy was the PM for the task where they did the ad campaign for Marquis Jet.

You can get that kind of stuff made at Kinkos in one day, particularly if you have the graphic design already done and most of those looked like they'd been previously designed and some (the jet company) we'd seen before.
Question: When the losing team was in the boardroom, Trump asked Troy something, and he answered, and then Trump said "I hate (when or if or something...)" and Troy looked a tiny bit flustered. What did Trump say?
I had trouble understanding a lot of last night's episode-the sound seemed really off tonight.

I thought the idea for the pre-paid rickshaw rides was a good one. However, I think they should have marketed them to hotel conceirges. They could have sold 10 rides to the concierge who could have then used them over the next few months. The concierges could have used them as bonuses to their better clients or could have marked them up and sold them at a profit.

Trump said to Troy something like, even though you lost, did you think it was a fun experience, to which Troy said yes. Trump then said something like "I never enjoy LOSING myself!!"

True, because is a tourist going to buy 10 rides (was it 10?) in a rickshaw? Or anything, they're probably not going to be there long enough!
I'm not sure that NYC residents are riding rickshaws around town.

I *think* they tried that - with little success. I know that Troy at least mentioned selling them to hotel concierges.

OK, if they tried this than I stand corrected. I only saw bits and pieces of this episode as my wife was watching it and I was in and out of the room.

Frankly I'd be scared to ride of these things in NYC traffic!

Check out this interview that Erika did on FNC regarding the n-word controversy with Omarosa:

It's eye opening....

Since April 15th is the finale , that gives us 4 more episodes since next weeks episode will be just a compilation of what we've seen and things that haven't been shown so far.
My question is: Do you think this is going to start being an individual competition instead of a team competition in the next few episodes? With the teams being so lopsided, I think they'll start being individual competitions pretty soon. I'm thinking it'll come down to Troy and Amy in the finale.

After hearing that they had taped all of the exit scenes in advance, I watched closely to see if it were true. When Heidi went down the elevator, she was wearing a skirt and high heeled pumps and was carrying her coat. When she exited the building to get in the cab, her coat was on but you could clearly see she was wearing slacks and a different shirt.

Yah, they're always wearing different clothes, and their hair is styled differently (well, the women, anyway). I always found it weird that they'd make it THAT obvious that it wasn't immediately after they left the boardroom.
This time had a different cab pulling away from the curb, though. :)

I wouldn't blame Trump. That's all Mark Burnett.
