When I click on "First Unread Post" I'm always sent to the last post in the thread. Any way around that? Thanks.

I end up with the very same thing happening. It's always happened that way to me. I gave up on that function long ago.

Also work for me just fine. It is base on your last visit time and how long you have been on the forum from when you came to the site in that session.

Thanks Dave, but I'm not sure what that means. What I usually do is make a "circuit" of a few forums every hour or so. When I come here I click on "View New Posts" and when there is one I want to catch up on I'll click on the "Go to first unread post" and end up at the last post. Is it because I come back with so little time in between?

I am sorry to say I am not 100% sure what is the factor here. It could be if you are loggin out and logging in each time. Or it could be that after you are on the site for more than 15 mins, it could reset your time mark.

I have this exact same problem. I only check the forums once every couple of days. Some of the threads I'm reading are getting to be 20 or 30 pages long. It's real annoying to have to remember where I left off in that thread and go back to that point manually.

It is the DOWN ARROW next to the thread name.
