I am fairly confident that I am the only person still be watching this that hasn't shot themselves yet. The funny thing about this show is that it is a competition where the competitors do virtually nothing accept voting one another off. Much like a made for cable porno, Forever Eden feels the needs to recycle every few minutes of footage and drag out every dramatic second....

Damn you Shawna... go ahead and vote off the short guy... we all knew it was coming. Meanwhile Liz is looking better and better to me.

So how about the new guy. Here is a guy who cannot process a thought without saying it to somebody. What a schmuck.

I really cannot believe Matt has survived. David had him pegged. "Fun dude to hang out with, but he'll still your beer and bang your GF if he gets a chance." You get the feeling that by the end of the competition they'd rather throw a blanket over his face and beat the crap out of a guy like Matt... than vote him off.

so in other words, one season of temptation island is enough...thanks for confirming what i suspected. I bet as they cut to commercial they say "coming up next' then show you the next 5 min. of clips, then when the come back, re-show them, then show the actual footage, then at the end keep it going. it's nuts that they can't even fill up 42 minutes without duplicating footage in what amounts to a cheap ass soap prime time soap opera.

You must work there or something :) . Actually tempation Island had a plot sort of... that couples would go on dates with other mates who would try to get them to betray their current realtionship... FE doesn't have that much.

However, I would tell people, they gotta see this new guy (b/c he is such a cheeseball) before he is voted off 'Jason' I think.

I'm watching mainly because there isn't much else on Mondays right now. It's ok but they really need to stop rehashing footage over and over. I'm betting after several weeks we see some of these banished people come back. Same as Paradise Hotel "Must leave Paradise FOREVER"....then they come back next week :rolleyes:

That new guy just wants to be the "Zach" of this show. Heck...they are both from Scottsdale, AZ. Maybe they know each other ;)

I have four episodes-every episode that's aired so far-of this show on tape waiting to be watched and I still haven't made it through more than 20 minutes total.

My roommate, however, really enjoys the show. But then again, he liked 90210, too.

OMG I forgot about that line. It made me cry everytime I saw someone leave "forever" and I simply couldn't watch anymore, had to turn the channel. sniff sniff ...I could never watch another TI if they ever made TI2. I guess the mind does repress horrible memories. (or stupid ones depending on how you look at it)

Maybe changing the rules midstream based on ratings is really a great marketing ploy come to think of it. They cancel shows after 2 episodes, why not extend them if ad revenue can be boosted. Fox is genious!

Paradise Hotel worked because it was in the summer (nothing else on) and because of the casting.

This lacks both.

Plus they're going even more over the top (is that possible?) than Paradise Hotel did. At least PH had 1 episode of "stuff" happening and THEN a vote off.

Forever Eden's entire premise is the vote off. That's ALL they do. Even the FIRST episode!

Plus the casting is nowhere near as good. I miss Beau and Toni :(

Although it's quite obvious they want the new guy to be the new Zach.

However...I'll keep watching! :)

We're watching this drivel too. It's pretty bad. Even for FoX. But I'll still watch it, I just have this weird feeling that Amy & Zack from P-Ho will be brought on. Or something like that. Maybe Toni or Dave. Hehe...

I want to smack Neveen every time she rolls her eyes. And one of those guys has teeth that could open my beer bottles. Amazing.
