Delete the files and edit out any entry in the startup scripts.

All of these files should reside in the /var/hack/tivoweb directory that the tar was expanded into correct?

Just that easy?

Yes. Linux is not Windows. :)

Does Tivoweb start up automatically when you reboot? If so then you should remove the line which runs it from your startup script; although if you don't nothing terrible will happen, there'll just be an error in the kernel log!
