I have a 60 hour series 2 and a newly purchased 80 hour series 2

I'm giving the 60 hour to my GF and was wondering if there is a way to move the contents, just the saved programs, not the settings, from the 60 hour to the 80 hour before I give her the 60. Is there a relatively uncomplicated way to do this and if so what are the caveats to watch out for?

Very little can be added to the reply you got in the Help Centre (no idea why Want1394 suggested you come here). The only other option is video extraction, which is a banned topic on this website. That could not be described as 'uncomplicated' either.

Why are you giving her your TiVo. If you really want to keep your recordings, give her the new TiVo and upgrade the hard drive in yours.
