No Telnet

Hardware:
Direct Tivo series 1, upgraded 80GB HDD, Turbonet installed and making daily calls.

I've installed the Turbonet drivers as well as Steve Jenkins' Network Hack How-To Guide.

The network connection checks out good.

I can't seem to ping the Tivo unit and therefore no Telnet either.

Is there a Link led on the Turbonet card?

Any suggestions on where to go from here would be greatly appreciated.

Done! Needed to install Turbonet driver and secure the IP address from router.
