My TiVo-compatible universal remote cost me about $20 and has glowing buttons. It also controls four other things as a bonus.

Hunter- is this a TIVO remote or just TiVo-compatible. If it is TiVo-compatible does it give you all of the TVIO functions (thumbs, pause, FF, RR, more....)
