Was just me or did this guy really look like Micheal Jackson? LOL. He had the lipstick and everything to the tee.

Did anyone notice the Officer on the elevator near the end of the show? He looked the dad from That 70's Show but I'm not sure.

I never did know that Dr. Huang worked for the FBI. I always thought he worked for the NYPD. Learn something new all the time.

I saw something else in the show but I can't remember right now so I'll watch it again in a bit.

Yea, I was taken aback a bit when they mentioned the FBI...

I thought Dr. Huang worked on retainer for the NYPD...but was not actually an employee...

Wasn't this show on last night? 3/30? Your talking about the one where the rich guy has his little treasure room (ala Jackson) and the kid who was being poisoned by her Grandma, right?

That little girl was a great actress... In the scene where she found out what was really going on... I felt horrible for her!

It used to come up alot when he first came on the show. There was tension between the cops and Wong because he was from the FBI. They didn't trust him at first and such. Been a while since it's come up.

Obviously it's not supposed to be Michael Jackson.

Because, you know, any similarity yadda yadda yadda...

You know what, I didn't see that disclosure on this episode. I guess they knew that it would be too ridiculous in this case.....

Yes, they used to mention all the time that Dr. Huang was part of the FBI when he was new to the show. Also, he's got a different badge.

Can you tell I've been Tivo-ing every episode of SVU since I got it? :D

(Side note for anyone who watched Oz...anyone still get The Shivers seeing Dr. Huang with ...Benson or Stabler-I can't remember which one is the guy. Heh. I remember the badge thing but not which detective is which. Nice. :))

Edit-as usual, I remembered just as I hit "submit reply". Stabler is the guy.

With a new baby (12 weeks yesterday), I haven't seen as much TV as I used to and L&O SVU is one of those shows that's just dropped off my radar. I saw the episode "Sick" though and thought "Wow! This is why I love this show."

And yeah, I immediately thought the actor playing the toy mogul looked about as much like Michael Jackson as a guy could look without getting several botched surgeries.

Spoiler Alert! (highlight to read)
BTW, the shaved pubes thing is about the creepiest TV scene I've seen in a long, long time. Right up there with the catheter scene in Playmakers' "Piss Man" episode.

For some reason, I thought this episode was a little too creepy, it made me uncomfortable with the similarities. But I do love SVU-and you can't love 'em all, I suppose.

I thought it did a great job with the question I always hear people asking about Michael Jackson: "Why can't they just get this guy?"

Notice, too, that even though the detectives are absolutely convinced he's guilty, they never really do get concrete proof.
