HI my Cable company changed their channel lineup, what do I do with the Tivo to fix this?

All that is typically required is re-running Guided Setup and choosing the correct line-up.

You will not lose anything during the process, but bear in mind TiVo needs to connect twice during the processes and nothing will record while it processes data after all the connections have completed. Re-running usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour.
