OK, so Frankie goes to the pet store with no idea what to get. She seems to want something annoying like a bird. Eventually she sees a snake, is told it is a Python, and suddenly she remembers that she has always wanted one. Typical Frankie behavior.
Next, she is shown a big 7 year old Python that needs 3 guys to carry it. She is still gung ho about getting it! Seeing how big it will get, wouldn't anyone in their right mind pick something more manageable or at least have a second thought?
Then to top it all off, she accuses Coyote Ugly of being an attention whore with the whole mouse thing. Hello Frankie, what exactly was the snake for again? She even says that the mouse probably just wants to be free rather than live in a cage. So that cage you bought for the snake is just decorative?

if anyone's the attention whore, it's definately franky. why the freaky eye makeup? why all the freakin' bolts through your face? why the whole "goth" freak chick persona? in my experience, people who do crazy crap like that to their appearance do it for shock value. they basically can't get attention through their personal accomplishments so they have to just look different to get attention. really gets under my skin.
another thing about this episode - brad needs to man-up and get a freakin' job. living at home with his parents at 23? come on. i'm sorry bud, but life isn't celebrity. you have to face your responsibilities and get a job. hardly anybody in life wants to "go downtown and get a 9 to 5" but hey, that's life. i've never seen such spoiled brats in all my life.

I'm beginning to thing the whole "TB" think is a lie made up by Franky. Next week's episode should be interesting.

Wow, the asian girl (can't recall her name) hardly gets any airtime, huh? She's probably the most "normal" of all of them! :D

naw man, i LOVE jacquese. that dude is downright cool. he should get his own show or something. "i'm a bootyologiest"...classic.
as for frankie's TB, i could really give a rat's ass. i have no sympathy after seeing her suck down those clove cigs or whatever. no sympathy whatsoever. "hey, look at me, i too cool to smoke normal cigs. i smoke cloves because i'm cool and an individual. oh yeah, i have TB too". whatever.

When did she claim to have TB? Or did you mean the "CF" (Cystic Fibrosis) she's already mentioned?

woops...your right.

yup, you're right.

If frankie dies from Cystic Fibrosis, it is her own fault. 30 years ago, she would have been dead at her age already. The smoking and drinking certainly makes the mucous secretions in her lungs better. CF is manageable and she can extend her lifetime another 10-15 years if she just quit being stupid.
Aside from that, Frankie is an idiot. She is hypocritical and did indeed call the girl a skank, and denied it anyway.
BTW, the Real World: Philadelphia is again on schedule to film in a few weeks, even though the unions complained.

I was going to say. If it was TB, they'd hardly let her into a group house.
Pardon me asking a question in general about this season of The Real World-I just started watching it today and I'm a little confused on something...
In the episode I saw today, Robin hit that guy (I think Robin's her name and I don't remember his name at all...) Why didn't she get sent home like the guy did the year he hit a girl driving off in the car?

Good question. This isn't the only time I've questioned this. The only conclusion I can draw is that the victim did not complain and neither did the other housemates.

I think there's probably a direct correlation between your two statements! ;)

You are talking about Stephen and Irene (i think). They were castmates. Robyn did NOT hit a cast mate. That was the difference. Like Arissa smacking a girl in RW: Las Vegas. Or CT last season (paris) hitting a french guy. (Who stereotypically didn't want to fight EVEN after CT hit him. The irony there is too much. LMAO friggin french.) :p :p
Basically you can kick the crap outta anyone you want but you cannot touch a fellow castmate.
The real pathetic thing about the Robyn situation is that the guy actually pressed charges. I know she had no right to touch him but still. That did not even amount to a charlie horse. I know it is a double standard. If a guy hit a girl I would be the first one to say lock him up (or kick his @$$) but the fact that it was such a weak hit and the guy was in the military really tell me that guy has a VIP membership to the wuss club.

Word is they didn't show (or haven't shown yet) the incident for which she was arrested; apparently, after the altercation that was shown, he went back into the club, she followed him, and attacked him again (or something like that).

I think the episode Angie is asking about was where Robin (Coyote Ugly) was smacking Randy (Dude, Where's My Car guy) when they were arguing about something. He did complain about it and they seemed to bury the hatchet.
On RW:Las Vegas, Brynn chucked a fork at one of the guys and he immediately contacted the producers which is why she almost got kicked off the show. And the producers had to react when that guy smacked the girl in the car since it was so blatant an offense. But didn't he just go to anger management in the end, or am I confusing seasons. Either way, Randy didn't escalate to that level, so the producers didn't have to step in.

Yeah, that's the one I was thinking of. I didn't know about the other one-good thing I'm Tivoing this season-I haven't watched a full season yet. Sounds like this one is both irritating and volitile, always a good combination for reality TV.

Shortly before joining the cast she was busted for DUI. Maybe she was laying low the whole time.

But CT also assaulted Adam ("I will work you, dog!"... or something to that effect), with no repercussions.

On a related Smoking Gun/Real World note:
Spoiler Alert! (highlight to read)
Chronologically, have they reached the timeframe (mid November) of the rape incident? According to Smoking Gun , the suspect named "Justin" was a friend of Randy's.

Aggressive piercings, multiple tats and the whole de-feminizing of her appearance is also indicative of emotional abuse. She's got a lot of rage and doesn't know how to manage it--hence the cutting, the phobias and the other self destructive behaviors. She also sabotages her relationships and has an alcohol problem. Also, often times what someone finds unbearably annoying about someone else is usually a trait that they themselves maintain. But hey, she's only 23.
Posted by: Sc0rp10n
not sure if you're saying that i may maintain traits similar to frankie b/c i find her so annoying or you're saying that frankie maintains traits similar to robin b/c she finds her annoying. if it's the former, let me just say that i am the exact opposite of frankie. i prefer to get attention by following the rules and excelling in life. she prefers to get attention the easy way - to go against the norm for shock value. i can understand why she does it though - it's not easy to get attention when you're normal and follow the rules. i wonder what'll be next from frankie...maybe she'll kill herself if she doesn't get enough attention from next weeks cutting episode. that'll show us, huh frankie? "i got your attention now!"
