Upgraded my unit (TCD130040 Standalone) to 2 120GB drives about a year ago and have had no problems. I kept the stock fan at the time and although the temp was a little higher than I'd like (50-52C) it was quiet and showed normal. The temp range hasn't changed but lately the fan is getting noticably louder and I think it's time for a replacement. I know the fan is 60X60X25 but can anyone save me the trouble of pulling it out to note where the screw holes are before buying a new one?

I'd love to cool it down a bit more w/ adding any noise. Any suggestions for a 'plug and play' replacement w/ better performance? I have no problem switching the power to 12V as long as the noise isn't a factor... Thanks!

Do you carry anything that would be a step up from the stock fan? Wouldn't mind a bit more cooling power AND a quieter fan... Not asking too much, huh? I've seen people on this board complain about paying $20 dollars for a fan but if it's chilly and quiet and fits I'll buy it!!!!

For that unit, no. It was designed for two drives, and it's pretty much always fine with its stock fan.
