David, at least one person who's banned here is reporting receiving subscribed thread notices still. You might want to turn that off on banned users -- at least permanently banned ones -- since there's no way apparently they can do so themselves.

I would need to know who it is you are referring to for that would tell me more as in what and why it is going out. Example...suspended users are not the same as banned users.
