Just making sure you guys knew that Tarrantino is guesting on American Idol this week.

I'm hoping to watch a friend's recording since my Tivo will be busy with That 70s Show and Smallville (and is normally busy with Smallville and Enterprise on Weds.). Blah. 2 tuners is not enough.

[Edit: err actually That 70s Show is on the same channel so my Tivo scheduling is really screwed up since it was showing a conflict--I may just schedule a manual recording for Fox tonight.]

Man, it is going on against the Bachelor tonight too and I haven't set up my other tivo yet.... I suck.

Interesting choice, Tarrantino... will be fun to watch.

His movies certainly have awesome soundtracks.

He also has a movie coming out this week, I think he might be on the show just for the publicity. I can't believe American Idol would sink so low to have a blatant product endorsement like that.

I am going to assume that your statement was just a bit sarcastic.

Tarentino is supposed to be a big fan of the show. I don't know how much he knows about music but I expect him to be more like Simon with his evaluations rather than "Paula" reviews that the other guest judges seem to give.

Can we have him back every week, pretty pretty please? Finally a guest judge who has a backbone, and who isn't afraid to criticize and say interesting things! He's contributed more to the judging in half an episode than Paula has in 3 years.

ahh- I love him!

He was on Stern this morning and he gave him flack for being a judge... it was interesting to see who is in the audience, I think this show actually draws a lot of music professionals, so even the losers might end up being winners...

He was in the audience last year, wasn't he?

Maybe the producers stopped him on his way out.

Anyway.. he was good, but I do think he's insane.

Thats right he was in the audience last year. I thought he did a great job, cood comments and wasnt afraid to be real.

Also he has every right to be up there, music, and the way he uses it, has a major role in all of his films.
