I'm sure I'll get flamed for this, but I've looked on google and tried to search this forum and can't find any information about this.

My question is, if I have an image of a Series 2 Tivo, will it work on my existing Series 1 unit? I love my SAT-T60 but I like a few of the features of the Series 2 units like program folders, etc.

NO!!

The S2s have differnt hardware. That's why there isn't 4 for S1

It won't even boot up
