Problem with upgrade

I upgrade my Series2 Tivo TCD240040. I replaced the original drive with a 160 gig Western Digital drive. It shows 157 hours and everything works except the season pass. When I try to search title for a season pass it says "No programs". I used the Hinsdale upgrade instructions. Has anyone see this problem before?
