Out of guide data - daily call failing over network

My daily call is failing and I'm trying find out why. It was previously working, but its stopped.

ifconfig and route.tivo reports:

I can telnet/ftp/ping to and from the tivo, but my daily call is failing to connect and download.

I've run nic_install again from the CD and its all ok and everything, but after placing the drive back in the Tivo, and booting, it still won't pull the daily call over the network. It won't pull it from the modem either.

I'm out of guide data now too which doesn't help :(
