Reboots, Welcome Powering Up, Stuck

Hi,

Twice this week we've turned the TV on only to see our HDVR2 stuck at:
Welcome...Powering Up. However it never completes, gets stuck, and I have to unplug to force a reboot. Any suggestions? This unit is about 15 months old and is still a stock unit without modifications.

Most likely to be a bad drive. Could be a loose internal cable, or a unit that is slowly dying, but without doing more tests, its impossible to know the actual problem. Statistically, its most likely a bad drive, however.
