Got my Tivo without an HDD bracket, think Zip ties too permanent (despit my reusing them when possible), though I might use twist ties, but grabbed some elastic bands from the kitchen drawer, and made some hook assemblies out of steel wire, which protruude through the holes in the front of and underneath the rear of the drive. After setting down some silicone rubber blocks under the drive, then the drive, cris-crossed the elastic bands over the HDD, holding it to the rubber blocks.
