Help! I had previously upgraded my A drive to a 160gig and I am attempting to upgraded my existing 80Gig B drive to a 160Gig using Mfstools 2.0 to preserve my existing recordings and transfer them to the new larger 160Gig B Drive. After using dd copy I replaced the drives back in my tivo to make sure everything was still working. Everything was there and it was reporting 74hrs 30Min as it was with the 80Gig B drive. So far so good. Now placing both 160's back into the computer and running mfsadd I get "Current Estimated Standalone size 246 Hours. NOTHING TO ADD!

How do I get the new 160Gig to recognize the addtional 80gigs?

Are you sure the jumpers are set properly on the drives? Do they show the full sizes at startup in the Linux OS? Could you be out of partitions?
