Hi,

Does anyone know of a device available to display moving text over a television picture? I've seen such devices used in some waiting rooms of companies where they display advertising text at the bottom of the TV picture.

This depends on how much you have to spend. You can easily pick up a semi pro or domestic vision mixer with a caption generator that will do the job.

You can also use a PC, create the graphics in PowerPoint or similar, get a TV scan converter and a mixer with a key input ( for overlay) or wipe facility(for straps across the screen)
