On Sunday night (and a few times afterwards) Food TV is showing Good Eats: Eat this Rock, a special on salt.
However, it's listed as a different series, and isn't being picked up by the GE season pass.
If you have a GE wishlist, or an AB wishlist, you should get it though.

Man, that Season Pass Alerts forums is handy! :)

Thanks TB, I personally never check that forum, and I think Good Eats and AB are important enough to warrant a posting in the Now Playing forum. ;)

Yeah, I don't at all disagree with the separate post in the now playing forum that tb made. I just had to be the smart#@s.

Hey Turtleboy, did you see the one about cooking with different types of oil such as canola, peanut oil, etc. It was very informative and I am an amateur veteran chef and I learn alot about cooking info such as why to use canola versus peanut oil, or olive oil, very interesting.

You may want to consider picking up Alton's book I'm Just Here for the Food: Food + Heat = Cooking. Its full of information that makes for an excellent kitchen resource.

That's it--I'm doing an AB wishlist tonight. I keep missing these things...

I was lucky enough to see a promo for it during another Food TV show. Good thing, as I would have missed it. I have a normal, SP for Good Eats. I wonder why Food TV sets these up as "sepcials" and not normal episodes of Good Eats?? (Is it because the special show is an hour long?)

So on your AB Wishlists, is it a keyword wishlist?
