At the Bar-B-Q Carm called Tony B, played by Steve Buscemi, "Stevie" instead of his character name.

Same thing happened in "The Doors". A woman called Jim Morrison, played by Val Kilmer, "Val".

Maybe they realized it later and then dubbed in T.B. to try to cover it up.

Nope, it was definitely "T.B." I played it back and watched the closed captioning and her lips. I think you're seeing things...
