Ok I was wacthing CSI on SpikeTV is the person that plays Lady Heather the same person that played the same type role in the Firefly Ep. "Heart of Gold"

And she plays Julie Cooper on "The O.C." now. In fact, the plot summaries at www.televisionwithoutpity.com refer to her not as Julie but as Lady Heather. :)
