javaHMO image viewing problem

All of a sudden I'm having problems viewing images with JavaHMO. The directories and thumbnails show up fine, but when I select the image or slideshow I get a 'broken image' image.
Any ideas what caused this and more importanly how I can go about fixing it?

Running JHMO v1.2. Music plays fine. Going to the weather works too (thumbnail and full image show up correctly). I played around with sharing and security permissions to see if that might be causing it and no luck.
PC is running winXP SP1 2.8Ghz P4 w/1GB RAM.
