Losing one ota channel on sundays

Not me but another I guy I know is losing his ota digital signal (wtvh syracuse) every sunday. I am about 30 miles away from their tower and I am not having this problem and he is closer to the tower than I am. Could something be causing interfence but only on sundays? I have the dtv samsung 360 that works great after they replaced the access card and he is using a sony hdt-200.

Just received email from another guy that is farther west than I and he has the same sunday problem that another guy has that is closer to their antenna than I am. We are all using diferent receivers 2 of us have samsungs and 1 a huges. My picture works just fine and theirs goes out on sundays...weird for sure.
