NBC has it on their website that the Friends finale will reair on 5/20. See it here.

It looks like the episode will start at 8:52 so the "runover" will actually be at the beginning. I am going to manually record from 7:00 to midnight just to make sure.

Pad a good 10-15 minutes at the end and you'll be fine, assuming it starts vaguely on time.
