Ota goes out only on sundays

Three users of dtv hd receivers lose their picture and sound on a local tv station every sunday here in syracuse (a digital signal). Their signal strength is normal. One lives 10 miles west of the tower and another users lives about 40 miles west of tower. I live about 30 miles west of tower and I DO NOT lose their picture or sound. This has been going on for at least 4 sundays, the rest of the week no problem. Any thoughts

The TV station has a technician that believes everybody should be in church on Sundays and scuttles the digital broadcast to punish any that aren't? Obviously I don't have any idea but it appears to be with the station signal and not the TiVos.
