Trucks!

Anyone watching this show on Spike TV? Seemed like they had some sort of big run yesterday and I picked up quite a few episodes.

I am by no means a truck guy or anything, but it's an interesting thing to watch. I recommend checking it out.

I watch this show regularly and also enjoy it, although there is zero chance I will ever buy a $30,000 truck and spend another $15,000 or so turning it into an off-road Godzilla the way they do. I sometimes wish Stacey David would stop giggling about anything and everything, but I guess that's just his style.

Yeah, the updates definately are way over the top, and I do wonder how many of them are done.

Then again, I watch American Chopper, and I don't plan on building or buying a 100K bike.

Love this show, American Hot Rod, and Rides.

Rides is probably the best new car show in a long time. The Shelby Cobra episode was mind blowing. Watching 80 year old Caroll Shelby throw that thing around the track was an absolute joy.

And his chili is pretty good too...

Rides is good but hate Jason Priestly as a host - he uses his 'host voice' which annoys me for no particular reason other than it's easly to be annoyed by Jason Priestly.

Trucks is a pretty cool show but I FF through the 'lift kit' upgrades. I like the custom stuff they do. But if I see one more lift kit or 'hypertech power programmer' etc., I'll puke. Guess the bolt-ons don't really interest me much because they're too easy.

Oh, and Dream Car Garage is a pretty good one too.
